I am a PHP, MySQL, Website security and Bitcoin expert with many projects successfully completed with Bitcoin payments and API. I will create a secure website that looks good and users can buy gift cards for bitcoins using a payment processor. Admin control for controlling gift card amounts and monitoring the site. Automatic creation of gift cards code on payment and secure API for redeeming them. I hope this is a good plan, any changes please let me know.
