Create a Wordpress Theme In Next Day Or Two

I need a Wordpress theme preferably in the next day or two. I want it to mimic the look of the first post in any of the threads in here: http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-special-offers-forum/ ...but without saying anything about the Warrior Forum. So, to be clear... it'll look something like this: [login to view URL] ...the color scheme will be the same, and people should be able to input text where there is text... and then the same bordering and everything should be there, just like on the forum. If you can make it so that people can add in a picture and their username to the forum (where they just have to put it into Settings and it automatically shows up), all the better.
