Clone of RightSignature

We are a temp staffing agency that needs to have a site we host in-house on our Windows 2008 servers. We need the ability to post forms for our online applicants to fill out and electronically sign. Their will be several forms, so after form 1 is signed, we need to be able to set a url to go to form 2 and so on. Once the forms are signed we will then direct them to our online application. We need to be able to have the information and signatures stored in SQL and submitted to an email address as a PDF that we can file if ever needed for audit reasons or if subpoenaed and also a copy to the signer. It will need to have an admin interface that we can add new documents with url redirects after submission, set location on documents for initials, dates, signatures and IP address collection, remove documents, view signed documents and search the documents (PDF Files) from as well. Needs to create a certificate for each document. They need the ability to sign with keyboard or manually with mouse or finger on mobile devices. Needs to be mobile friendly as we have ipads that we use in-house if they have no computer at home. Attached is a copy of some of the documents we need them to fill out. We need all features of RightSignature in case I may have missed something. Must be user friendly. We would just use their service but for the amount of volume we do it makes more since for us to build our own system.
