Adsense/Wordpress site generating $15+ per day

Hi I am looking for a freelancer to create an organically searched, keyword(s) driven adsense earning wordpress site to demonstrate their multi-skilled approach. You should be able to demonstrate prior success for: 1. Domain / keyword research 2. Content / article writing 3. SEO 4. Website promotion 5. Adsense earnings - ongoing Once accepted you should provide research and plan of action / time scale to achieve project objective. Payment plan for the project: - No deposit - Milestone 1: 30% after 7 continuous days of $5+ earnings (minimum 5 unique ip clicks) - Milestone 2: 30% after 14 continuous days of $10+ earnings (minimum 10 unique ip clicks) - Milestone 3: 40% after 21 continuous days of $15+ earnings (minimum 15 unique ip clicks) - Please note that I will give a bonus if the site does $25/day for at least 10 continuous days I will provide: - Hosting - Purchase your suggested domain - Prompt payment - Ongoing projects for successful candidate (next job will be for two of these sites, then three, four....) - Adsense pub ID - Analytics code (must be inserted ASAP to track traffic sources) You will provide (please read all): - All actions to by White Hat and strictly within Google Adsense Terms of service and morally sound. - Plan of action - Keyword research - Domain name to be purchased - Visitors from unique organic traffic sources – Traffic driven MUST BE 100% white hat real people - Ongoing and growing natural traffic from unique sources / countries - No bots or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat etc - Must contain related images to niche topic - No Autoblogs - Articles must be SEO optimized in correct English and must PASS COPYSCAPE - Articles must be unique with at least 60 unique posts/articles with weekly content scheduled for up to 52 weeks - Full configuration / suitable plugins and updating of the website. - Ensure Adsense Account security from any kinds of hacking attacks or any other threads from any party. - At least 500-1000 unique visitors per day. CTR should be as high as possible - Unique organic traffic (no traffic buy) - All Content MUST be original and SEO Optimized - Ad’s will be from google and also you are free to use CJ, Amazon, or ClickBank products or any other affiliate - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing CAN NOT involve anything related to adult, pharmacy, violence, gambling, or anything that is not acceptable to the AdSense Terms of Service.
