Customize wordpress theme - include payment, upsell, and login info

I have a wordpress theme that I would like to customize. The theme is Enfold and it is a responsive theme. I Would like to sell people access to the site, so I would like a few pages on the front page, and then have a place to sell them the access to the site. I would also like to upsell them after they have made a purchase to another product. Once they have made a purchase, I would like the user to have access to a members area of the site. This is the place where they will have access to the information they have paid [login to view URL] front page will be a short video with an email capture, and once verified, they will go to a second page with another video. This will be where the user can sign up and then pay for access to the training found on the site. Bids submitted with no previous experience, or not mentioning how they can adjust or make my specific theme will be disregarded.
