We have 5 newsletter each containing a number of articles that we would like to convert from PDF. The formatting of the articles in the PDF is variable but they usually containing images and are in a too column layout. We want to convert each article into it's own seperate html document which we will then use to post on our wordpress site. Essentially we want the articles stripped of their PDF formatting and made appropriate for the web. An example of one of the newsletters is attached.

Is the styling / colors to be kept the same as the PDF ? And the tables with text to be replicated exactly as HTML tables with text ? And will access to Wordpress backend be given ?
