I assure that i will fulfill all requirements, with great service. I need a very small ecommerce site, but with a few specific requirements. The website will sell vouchers in the form of a username and password. I need to be able to upload these codes in batches from a .csv Delivery of the "vouchers" needs to occur via email, as well as via ams using a service such as Twilio or Clockwork. The site will also require a login page, but you will only be required to include a placeholder for the username and password and a placeholder for listing prices for the vouchers. I will add the log-in code at a later point. There will obviously also have to be integration with a payment gateway that allows purchasing in South African Rands, my preference is Payfast, but I am happy to take suggestions for other/better gateways. To recap the basic flow of the website Home (including login placeholder and price list placeholder as well as a "buy now link" -- Single purchase page listing all voucher options for purchase --- user selects voucher they want, makes payment and is returned a success page listing the voucher details, as well as receiving them via email and/or sms. I am more than happy for this to be an implementation of existing solution (WooComerce or anything else suitable). Give me a shout if anything needs clarification.
