I am a service provider, and I have repeat customers. I want customers to be able to: 1) setup an account 2) fill out an order form for my service, and attach up to 5 files for me to review. I should receive an email notice of the order, with a direct link to the order. The customer should get an email confirmation with the order number and some basic info. At the time the order is placed, the customer must pay by credit card. I want customers to hopefully be able to Save a card on file. 3) see a list of their "current" orders, and also a list of their "completed" orders 4) within each order, see any status updates / notes, I have made, and see any additional documents I attached 5) post a new note to me, and have that note be listed in the order, and an email copy sent to me 6) revise their account info, including email, password, company, Address, credit card, etc For the Admin side; 1) See list of or search open orders and click on them to edit details 2) see and search closed orders 3) add note to an order, which also sends update to customer 4) upload additional file to an order 5) have order database fields populate a template in PDF or Microsoft Word, which can then be downloaded or emailed to customer as Word or PDF
