The project is to create a website, company blog, and very simple store (5 items) that can be edited via CMS. We wish to create it all in a way that can be easily translated and set in different languages, because we sell abroad, too. The project involves integration with shipping via UPS and online paymebts via PAY-U (API provided). We have created Illustrator and Photoshop views of all layouts, and will provide further description where needed. We use TRELLO and are endorse good communication between PM and Freelancer. Approx. 20% of work are already done by previous Freelancer. Since we want it to be the base for further developement and growht, we expect you to follow the guidelines available at [login to view URL] in terms of Magento best-practice and that the code you create for the theme should be W3C valid HTML5 and CSS.
