To design an online t-shirt design and printing website template to a more web 2.0 look and feel. I have attached a quick drawing of how I envisage it to look. Please use this as a guide only and use your creative skills to further enhance it. I already have a coder that will implement your design through html and css access. Need to start straight away.

Been designing professionally for 5 years. Work currently as the lead designer at a website design company. Doing some freelance to save money for a condo. I send the designs in an editable PNG format. Worked with hundreds of clients and collaborated and completed all of their website designs. I need clarification on what you mean by "fitting into a template"--but we can get to all that later.
