Design of Store Locations pages for Existing Site

We are looking for someone to design a Store Locations Area for our existing website.
Pages you design will be static and will need to be designed to fit within certain dimension to fit within existing pages.
Page 1. - Will need to allow a visitor to easily navigate to each individual locations page. (Should be designed to enable us to easily add new locations in the future, we have 2 current locations but fast expansion is on our horizon).
Page 2. (Template for Store Locations) - Should include the following.
- Area for google map of location.
- Address and contact details ie. Address, Phone Number, Email Contact form.
- Area for detailed directions on how to get to each store
- Image of the Store.
- An area that highlights the stores specialties.
- Image of a Staff Member and name.
Once project is completed, all files will need to be sent to us including html, css, psd, pdf.
We are looking for someone to not only fit there design within the existing store design but also bring there own special touch to it.
