DATABASE DRIVEN WEBSITE REQUIRED.

Looking for a database driven website which incorporates a feed sent by a mobile phone company. Basic website needed but with unique member login and admin facilities. Also needs to be automated so it takes an XML feed supplied and translates the data accordingly. This data will involve phone number, a referrer and new member. It will work as follows. When a member subscribes to the service, they will do so by sending a text with the number of the person referring them. This number and their number will be entered into a database which will in turn generate a feed (or could be in the form of an excel file). Also, the new user's number will be added to our database of members. This member can then login to the site using their number as the username, choose a password on going into the site and update their details in a registration page. At this point once they have registered, and we know who referred them, the site should automatically build up the "referral tree" as follows. The website needs to take the XML feed and extract the phone number of the referrer and that of the new member and thus build up a tree/network of referrals (in levels). For each new member, the referrers on 3 levels up will each earn 15p. Therefore, when someone has registered and tehn refers others, they can login and see how much money they have earned from 3 levels of people directly under them, i.e. the number of direct referral and 2 levels of indirect referrals multiplied by 15p.
