Cosmetic Modifications to Existing Website

I have 2 existing websites that needs some cosmetic and small programming changes made that my current designer has been unable to do: Website 1: [login to view URL] Note that I only have the psd file from the original template, but there were many changes that were made after (including colour changes to the header etc) that which the designer did not save in a psd file. Sorry. 1. Simon-Says company name colour should be the dark blue used throughout the site (I will provide the font if required). 2. The asterisk is funny looking after Simon-Says... an alternative 'footnote' icon should be used and it should be smaller, 3. The logo is slightly cropped - the N is missing its top (logo attached) 4. Thicken the swirl around the logo ... should be the same light blue used throughout the site 5. When the mouse travels across top left icons it turns red - can we change to the dark blue used throughout the site? 6. Contact Info page: Email should read info at [login to view URL] (and needs to be a direct link to sending email). 7. The contact page should appear when hovering over the contact button and disappear when moving off the contact button. 8. Please change the icons on the contact page to the ones that I attached. 9. Can we change the black outline around the buttons on the bottom of the page to grey with rounded corners to match adobe button? 10. The contact info area should be redesigned as described in the attached word document from the client. 11. The copyright line at the bottom of the page should read: (c) Copyright 2006 Hitlogic Inc. All rights resevered. - And only the Hitlogic Inc should be linked. 12. The word "of" on the right side of the page should be moved to a new line. Website 2: [login to view URL] 1. I need the entire "Request a Quote" button on the first page to link to the appropriate page within the website. (ie not just the text but the empty areas too). 2. I need 3 seconds to be added to the length of time that each picture displays in the flash header (source files will be provided). 3. Take the red from the background behind the logo inthe upper right corner and make it white with a red border around the box that contains the logo (psd file can be provided if required). 4. I need the search feature to be made functional (preferably using a php script - and it must display the results within the current template). 5. I need a javascript program integrated into each of the pages that will insert text located in an external file into the 'Did you Know' and 'Request a Quote' sections on the home page and each subsequent page.
