CSS + graphics needed

I need a CSS Website layout created.

The task is pretty simple, so the budget is not too big (Do not bid for more than 40$ please). For a designer, it'd take them less than half a day to do this, since we're not looking for anything too extravagant.

I am attaching a screenshot of what we're after, more or less (mind, we expect a much better looking look and feel, this is just a prop we're showing of what we want, where).

The body's background colors, are going to be black, gray and white so disregard any blue or such from the template you design. Also please create a logo for the top left corner, for [url removed, login to view] . Once more, nothing too extravagant needed. A simple yet attractive look and feel logo will be appreciated.

However, USE the template I provide as a prop/design guide as to what I am after.

This project is top priority, hopefuly to be completed by Sunday.
