CSS Liquid layout restyling for existing portal

We need a web designer skilled in css and graphic editing.

We have an existing web site that we want modernize with a new graphic and a more flexible liquid layout that make it suitable for all screen resolutions cross browser, including smartphone and tablet, portrait and landscape.

We need a single person or a small workgroup that we can trust and with we can communicate directly and frequently.

You should work in strict cooperation with our internal developers that works on the server side scripting and you should be willing to share your desktop through teamviewer, email and skype contacts.

The portal is actually published in italian so could help a basic knowlege of our language also in view of a future translation of contents and labels to english.

Before accepting any bids we like to review your profile, your bio and your portfolio, so please send any materials you can to inform us about your skills, especially graphics/css and the hardware/software platform used.

Boundaries of the project are not well defined yet, so we are looking to start with compensation on an hourly basis, with daily report, a time tracker tool and frequent milestone releases.
