Basic consulting website content development

I need basic website content developed for my small consulting and ecommerce sales repping company. I have a template domain registered (go daddy) and for now can use one of their basic designs. I need 5 pages developed complete with basic SEO optimization.

1. About us

2. What we do (two sub pages - advisory services and manufacturer/importer support)

3. Contact us (web form)

4. Results (Case Studies)

5. Blog (Holding place for future stuff
