BANNER AND LOGO

Project is for 1 LOGO and 1 BANNER I need a basic and professional logo and banner created to advertise a pro athlete (mrtial artist). PART 1 (LOGO) The logo will be stylish and will be used as the athletes main logo. that means it will be on his banner as well as used as the watermark/stamp on the photos on his websites photo gallery. If it is possible I would like the athletes web address to be integrated/part of the logo. The web address is also the athletes full name... PART 2 (banner) the athlete is a martial artist and this banner will be used to advertise him and his accomplishments. I would like the banner to be animated an animated gif and maybe also a flash one if you think it is necessary. I would like the banner to use the Logo you created in part 1, and then I would like the banner to say the athletes name, his main titles/awards, and maybe have some cool photos or a headshot of the athlete. since you are the specialist you can decide. I have about 100 photos of the athlete online so if you want you can use them in the banner. with regards to the dimensions of the banner, maybe you can make a couple of various sizes and dimensions so that i can use them on many different sites since they have different requirements. Or you can just give me some sort of scalable photoshop vector file that i can resize in a lossless manner. 1) basic logo that mentions name of website/athletes name (the same) athletes awards. 2) basic banner that uses above logo that you created. please send a list / portfolio of work you have done in the past. If you can do good on this project I can give you enough work for you to stay busy for the next several months.
