Assistant for Web Entrepreneur

I am a NYC entrepreneur in the process of growing my web development company. I need an assistant familiar with web development and graphic design to help me execute my plan because I have a full time job. Assistant will be expected to complete these tasks or will be in charge of hiring freelancers to complete tasks accurately and on time Immediate tasks include: -writing web development proposals for clients -writing content for websites -researching topics and writing articles to be distributed online -perform qa for websites -manage customer support -manage hosting platform More things will emerge everyday. Assistant will not be doing actual web development, I have a team for that. Looking for someone willing to invest in learning business to eventually manage it on his or her own.
