cash register program

Hello there I will need to be ale to use the CC button in any time with the trans action chart separately from pay button! ( that mean if you go to the line wich trans cation is there you PRESS CC and you go to the line on the chart and the line shows CC ( as it does now ) but if you go on the same line again and press CC buton ( the line satay with out CC sign and it will be cunt as cash trans action. Thank you have great day ! curentely i can not use the CC becouse if i have 10 scoter comeing in same times the time will be ad +$ to pay to the renter sow if the people come back i have to press pay button or CC what ever the rider prefer to pay for the ride ( BUT I HAVE TO BE ABLE ) to keep the trans action CC or cash when ever i like it ( since some time the card does not goes true) thank you for your help ! have great day
