CVS product feed import

I need a custom content management system, or a customized design and csv import script based on an existing cms. The script needs to read from a data feed file that contains product sku, name, description, image name, price, etc. Since there are multiple feed types (dealing with several companies), there needs to be a way to have different import templates to accommodate to the different layouts. The image names from the feed need to be extracted and sourced from a folder that I specify which contains them. I should be able to easily add, remove, update, publish, or un-publish items in the inventory. The system should also allow me to perform price markups based on individual products or an entire category of them. The site design should look unique, yet professional.
