Adding my Custom Template to Turbo Lister

Hello We have just add a custom template made and need this loading into Turbo Lister, we use the new template on Auctiva and works fine. However we want to list via Turbo lister and use csv files, the issue is the web designer as made this template so that every time you add an item using turbo lister, you need to go in HTML and add the image url's and title and description, this would be fine if we were only listing one item at a time, but we need to bulk list using a daily updated csv file, and we need it setting up so that will automatically allocate the template to the data and it will all slot into the correct areas on the template, i.e title description and images fields, I know this can be set up, as lots of sellers use custom templates on turbo lister, but our web designer does not know how to set it up in turbo lister , or even how we can add the template to the csv file ourselves, again I know this can be done, but we do not know how to do it. The reason we need this,a new supplier of shoes gives us an updated csv file daily, and we just need to drop it into turbo lister and it will update the stock. But it must be in our template format. This is not a big job so we will be looking for a low bid , thank you
