Capture Pages Creation w/ flash and audio

I am writing an ebook on weightloss which is due to be completed on or about September 1st 2008. The book will tell my story of a weight loss surgery that went badly and nearly killed me. It will focus on how I was able to come back from that and find succes without surgery. The book includes diets and exercise plans with pictures. It will have pictures of me, before, after and during the different phases of weight loss as well as before and after surgeries. In addition I have discovered a product that is, (coincidentally), due to hit the market at about the same time. It is called FORM tm. It's basically a pill you swallow that swells up to the size of an apple in your stomach within about 15 minutes. This would assist in the "full feeling" effect and help people to control their hunger. It would be a perfect complement to my book as well as an additional income stream for those who have difficulty controlling their hunger. I have a domain name and a "not-so-hot" capture page that I (you) would need to modify or rewrite entirely. I would like the page to focus on a brief version of my story, include pictures, audio (recorded by me and playable upon landing)and some already put together videos of the "FORM" product in action. The page will also contain my pictures, an easy to read format and a mandatory opt-in registration sign up. (could be either stagnant or hover) to build my email list. This page should be written by an expert in SEO and copy writing and could either contain the ability for me to adjust the title of the landing page on my own (as I discover which AdWords are driving the most traffic) or create multiple landing pages for me with the adjusted titles. I am in no way an expert on how this needs to happen or even weather or not a "/____" will need to be added to my domain name for each landing page. Your advice will be appreciated in these areas.
