I would like an estimate for the following work.
1. All the pages in the design can be generated from two page templates. We need a page template for the main page ([login to view URL]), and a second template for development of the sub-pages (Rental_Home).
2. Site should be a modern HTML5/CSS3 design.
3. Code should be properly formatted (CLEAN) with comments for content placement. I will personally be using the templates to plug in existing content and build all the pages for the new site. I will be critical of the code, as I am an HTML programmer. I just don’t have the time to devote to the whole development process.
4. Use image placeholders for graphics you see in the design, as those final decisions will be made later.
5. I will provide page page width specs in pixels and width of sidebar in pixels. One of the design requirements is that I must be able to alter the overall page width or the width of the sidebar without breaking the layout or causing display anomalies. So, the main body should be expressed as 100% of the available space of the total width minus the fixed width of the sidebar. I want some flexibility for changes here without having to change a lot of code to do so.
6. Left Menu, Top Header, and Bottom Footer should be expressed as includes. I use the Dreamweaver library feature that allows me to update a single piece of code to change menu items or header info across the site. This is a must, as ease of update is a primary motivator for the redesign.
Lastly, you must be a custom coder to get this project. Using site builder tools will be not accepted. If you cannot work with HTML at the raw code level, do not bid on this project.
We've gone through PDF files and would like to convert them into a website using HTML5.
We need PSDs or AI files of these PSDs so that we can go forward.

1- Can you provide the design in PSD (Adobe Photoshop format) OR any format where we can crop images and check the fonts sizes, spacing etc.

I can provide a consistent design in all scenarios.
