Data Entry & email marketing

We have an ongoing projgect that we need a small team for. The details: 1)You will need to collect data from websites that have contact info that we need. Including, Name, Address, phone, email. We will give you the sites but there like corporate databases with contact info. It's an easy job of copy and paste. 2) You will then need to be able to send an email to all the email addresses you collect on a daily basis. For example if you collect 200 contacts today. you would send an email to all 200. 3) You will send us the content in an excel file for each project. This will be an ongoing job and you will need to be available for future work. Total entries to start: estimated 5000 entries Requirements: You must be able to send the emails on your server and with limits of 1000 + per day. We are a large hotel company doing some online marking so the content is very professional and will be simple instructions to visit our website for more info. We also have collected data that we need you to send. So for bidding please put detailed charges how much you are charging per entry that will include collecting the data and sending the email per entry. Also, Please bid on future work of sending a 2nd email to the data already collected. And finally: do you have a way to address the persons name in the subject line. For example: ""FIRST NAME" here is the info on our company. Im looking forward to seeing your bid and info. Important: You must make your bid detailed by giving me all the info on your bid. Also payment is every friday for work the prevous week and you must accept payement through GAF or Paypal. LAST IMPORTANCE: You must type: "I want this project, and agree to payment" in your bid or it will be deleted. Thank you!
