Capturing Paypal Address From Object

Enclosed is the source code for an existing project. It has the object with the proper data. However; there are 2 fields missing. One is AddressStreet and the other is AddressCity. There is a field where the data can be captured called EntireQuery. For the sample; the address street would be "2915 Clairmont Ave S C/O Evabank" and the AddressCity is "Birmingham" The values can't be hard coded either The original values for AddressStreet is "2915+Clairmont+Ave+S%0d%0aC%2fO+Evabank" However; it needs to be encoded (or decoded). Must remain in VB.net and must use my sample instead of creating an entire new program.
