I have a test application that communicates with a Qualcomm modem based mobile phone.
The phone I have been using for testing is the Samsung Galaxy S III LTE (GT-I9305) but any Samsung Qualcomm chipset based device will suffice.
I have a Queue system to send commands to the device which is currently using a Backgroundworker. I have a flag defined to tell the queue system whether to run in a separate thread (asynchronous) or on the same thread as the UI (synchronous).
I have multiple classes and require the communication side implementing into a single class which is easy to use. It needs to support multithreading and events. I need it to be able to raise an event asynchronously which can then be triggered on the synchronous thread.
I have tried many things with the current implementation and I am unable to get my head round delegates and asynchronous events.
I also need the communication class to be able to raise an event asynchronous and synchronous which will be accessible from the main UI form so to be able to perform further actions. The events I need implementing are for Transmit (TX) and Receive (RX).
I am on a budget with this so the price for successful completion is £20
