Description We are looking for Business Development Manager For IT Company with experience in handling International clients and who can work on commission base only. • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients. • Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. • Generate Business from Online Bidding Portals (Upwork / Freelancer) and from other websites. • Able to propose project budgeting to client. •Can hire talented and highly-motivated employees. •Who can work on commission basis. • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Qualities needed to be successful • Excellent English in Read, Write and Verbal are important. • Above 2 Years of working experience in Business Development. • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive. • Proven sales track record. • Can hire talented and highly-motivated employees. • Experience in customer support is a plus. • Knowledge of SEO/ Internet marketing, Web Applications, eCommerce, CMS, etc. • Proficiency in English. • Market knowledge. • Should be highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. • Should be capable of thriving in the competitive market. • Must have business mindset, not a job mindset. • Communication and negotiation skills. • Time management and planning skills.
