Create a 2-3 min Video from GoPro Footage

I have a couple of hours of GoPro footage. A lot of that is unusable with the camera just dangling about. There was also a problem with the SD card and it has created some patchy sections which also appear unusable.
I would like someone to go through and just stitch the more exciting footage together into a short 2 to 3 minute video.
