Though I am not sure I am clear on all of your expectations, I would like to discuss the possibility of doing this work for you. I would work on a per minute of completed video basis. I would provide you with a final quote, once I understand the scope of the project. I have experience with creating videos with Camtasia. I also do voice over work, and can provide the mp3 files as well. I have professional grade equipment and can provide a clean file, free of background noise. I will do the first milestone at no risk to you. If you don't like my work, or working with me, you will be under no obligation to pay me for that job. If you are satisfied, you would pay me for that milestone and we will move forward with an agreement. I look forward to hearing from you.
