Capturing Images From Frame Grabber (DVR) Card

I have a graduation project that is to counts object in stream. I am using visual studio .net 2005 C++ and OpenCV in my project. I need to use a DVR card and CCD cameras for my project. I have a capture card (DVR card) it has 4 channels that capture 100 frames in a second. I need a program that capture images DVR card into my own program. The program, which I need, will have a picture box and a timer; it will first enumerate the channel then, in every 40 millisecond (25 images in a secon - real time) the timer will get images from DVR card channel to box in program. That means only I need to connect to DVR card.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
