Customization for wordpress plugins

Our website is a wordpress based site on the Monstroid Theme. It currently functions with WooCommerce, and we are trying to integrate AffiliateWP and MyCRED for a points based affiliate program. What I need are the following functions:

MyCRED plugin has the creation of total points earned and gives users a rank based on this, I need specific affiliate areas to be accessible based on a users rank.

Also need these rank specific areas to be able to list items for sale only for that type of rank. Does not need to be specific to each individual, just adjustable based on the person's rank.

WooCommerce has coupon code functions that work with the referral system for AffiliateWP. When a new customer purchases I need them to be forwarded to signup for the affiliate program, once signed up WooCommerce generates a coupon code with a specific discount (such as free shipping) for this customer and assigns it to them. This needs to be able to be displayed in that person's affiliate area. (Their own affiliate area can be separate from their affiliate rank shop area)

Affiliate WP currently needs to be manually marked "Paid" from a referral in order for points to be awarded by MyCRED, I need this to happen automatically.

These customization's need to be adjustable as well, for example being able to change which items are for sale in the rank affiliate areas, update the ranks and areas, and change the discounts for the coupon codes that are auto-generated.

If it is necessary to work with different plugins than what is listed in order to have this work with the best function then we can discuss this as well. The ultimate goal is to have an automated affiliate system that awards points to affiliates based on their coupon referrals, they can then use these points to buy products specifically shown to them based on their rank.
