We are looking for a native Finnish speaker who can translate and localize our English website and mobile app. Only human translations are allowed on this project. Machine translation of any kind is not acceptable. Strings that needs to be translated appear on the various parts of our website and our mobile app. Translations must be done in a business and a formal tone. Programming knowledge is not required for this project and translations should be fairly straight forward. Please briefly describe your background (your native language, proficiency in languages, etc.). Embedded Variables There are two types of embedded variables in this project: Python string formatting and HTML tags. Both embedded variables must be left untranslated. I worked as a trainee at the CSI Helsinki Oy in Finland from 3.10.2011 to 7.1.2012. My task was to work with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software and to update customer, address, and financial data register. I also translated a 50-page CSI Lawyer -manual from Finnish to English, so I have a solid base for translating. In Kulosaaren Yhteiskoulu, which is a bilingual school, I studied in an English class. This strong command of English is one of my great advantages. I received the highest grade from Finnish language in the matriculation exams (L). These factors tell a lot about my level of Finnish and English grammar. I also keep a blog at nuoretyrittajat.wordpress.com. This blog has received a lot of interest, as Suomi Mediaplanet - one of the biggest marketing companies in Finland - wanted to start blog co-operation with me. Now my writings can also be found from from the "Blogit section". I'm familiar with HTML and Python strings.
