Call Evaluator Customer Service

Project Description: This is an ongoing project (usually 4 weeks a month) with steady income for the person who does high quality work. This project involves listening to recordings of sales calls and scoring and evaluating those calls based on very specific guidelines. The pay starts at $25 for one weekly job ($100 for 4 per month) that can quickly increase to $30 for a job and eventually can go up to as high as $40 for a job depending on you qualifying based on the accuracy of your work. One job is in two parts and initially takes around three plus hours to complete. With practice the time it takes to complete the weekly job will decrease. Also as your accuracy skills increase you may have the opportunity to gain additional ongoing weekly jobs if you would like to make more money. Job Requirements: 1. English must be your native language 2. Must be USA based 3. Must have good writing skills 4. Some experience in sales or phone sales or customer service is a plus 5. Need to successfully complete online tutorials 6. Must be accurate in following guidelines for scoring and commenting on recorded calls 7.
