Appointment Setting for US based Energy Services Company

Freelancers, My company is looking for a part-time or full-time appointment setter for our fast-paced energy services company. Our company consults with commercial & multifamily property owners and managers on how they can go "green" and cut energy and water costs. We specialize in lighting upgrades & retrofits because of the rebate programs. Utility companies provide rebates for property owners who update their lighting systems to energy efficient lights, and our company helps buildings facilitate these rebates. We set appointments with buildings, perform a quick lighting assessment to see if the building qualifies for upgrades, and then if they qualify we install upgrades for the client at no-cost because the utility rebate covers the bill. Because we offer this service at no cost to property owners, it is a very easy sell and setting appointments is easy and fun. We'll provide scripts, leads (if you have your own leads, please include this in your bid), adequate training, virtual marketing material, and objection scenarios. You only need minimal knowledge on the industry to succeed at this job, and we will teach you everything you need to know. This is not a sale, just setting up an appointment for a free audit, so the target is typically receptive and happy to take the call. Each call only lasts about 1-3 minutes. Reason for our campaign - Appointment Setting: We are calling to: • Qualify the prospect – size of the building, whether they have already participated in the program, location • Set face-to-face appointments with property managers to discuss our no-cost energy services • Collect email addresses & update CRM for tracking call notes Objectives: - Schedule Assessment meetings with qualified prospects - 5-15 solid appointments per week Targets • Property management companies, commercial building owners, facility/commercial managers for commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail buildings. Desired Titles/Level of Prospect • Property manager, property owner, facilities manager, sustainability officer, director of energy, building engineer, etc. Payment Terms $15 paid per confirmed appointment, plus commission % per appointment that closes. Willing to hear suggestions for payment terms or compromise of base pay. *We'd prefer a US based person or a near shore individual with a perfect American accent. Must be able to work with Pacific Standard Time zone hours as all of our leads are within 25 miles of Los Angeles, CA USA.
