I just turned 23 years old last month, July 13, 2013. I do have experienced as a Call Center/Centre Agent Home-based (BPO) through my uncles’ business, inbound and outbound support agent. I've just resigned as an ESL Teacher for Foreign Students Home-Based, last April 28, 2013 due to some technicalities’ between the companies itself. Now, I wanted to look for another job that could be more challenging enough on my part and to enhance more on my other skills and capabilities. Although I am still a college level student, I take great pride in attributing my success to my guts, loyalty, honesty, persistence, responsibility and especially in my communication skills. We have substantially tightened up the operations management structure with the appointment of Daki Pangilinan as Operations Director, a number of QA’s, workforce analysts etc. Under this revamped management, we are now considered to be one of the boutique centres with top performance in Manila.
