Contract Writing for Boat brokerage consultancy. Providing web development, smm and ppc advertising

I work with a used boat and yacht broker to help them find more boats to sell AND sell more boats by improving web design, social media presence, newsletter writing, blogging and paid advertising campaigns. I use IT techniques to automate processes for data recording, functions and sharing. I also set up listening platforms to pay attention to trends across multiple platforms like feedly, tumblr, pinterest and engage fans on facebook, instagram, twitter and google plus. I wish to provide these services to other brokers with a contract at day one. I need to outline the scope of the services, create limitations and safety measures to assure the correct budget is set for part and the whole approach. I need to be able to outsource parts of the workflow to maximize efficiency and spend. Then there is the actual brokerage of boats, which I intend to do outside a specific and undetermined radius of their brokerage using methods for the modern era. The days of needing a broker to get top dollar are over and the new business model is to provide an array of marketing tools that facilitate for sale by owner deals. The contract needs to be completely revamped and reworded to accept not one boat brokerage but a multitude.
