About Me: I have done a good number of VHDL/Verilog designs which are currently in the market as part of many products. I was responsible for designing Micro controllers for a Japanese semiconductor major. - Has handled high complexity designs - Has done System on chip designs - Has done FPGA based systems for realtime image processing and signal processing. - Designed a signal processing for Radar signal processing system implemented in FPGA for automotive applications - Designed and image processing system to be used in an airliner. About the Project: I assume a sensor data indicating the presence of the vehicle is an input to the FPGA. The FPGA needs to monitor the sensor data and take a decision whether a vehicle is present or not. If vehicle is not there send instruction to the signalling system to turn it off. Interfaces: The details about the input and output interfaces need to be discussed and finalized. Operating frequency: Need to be discussed and finalized.
