C# opencart & accounting software integration

what needs to be done:

Integrate an Opencart webshop with VISMA Accounting software!

We have developed an advanced opencart multisite solution that works for different shops and wholesalers (all those shops use 1 database and need 1 integration)..

The developer that was supposed to integrate this into the accounting software is not available anymore and we have no C# developers!...

So we need the following:

A small middle ware program written in C# that connects to the opencart database (and visma) that does the following:

All product prices and stock needs to be updated from visma to opencart. (only update based on SKU)

All price lists in visma need to be imported as customer groups (including prices) in opencart. (match on name)

All customers need to be imported from opencart to visma (match on opencart customerID)

All orders need to be imported from opencart to visma. (import once only match customerID)

We will provide a manual with examples on how to work with visma (its in Swedish but very good translatable via google translate)

A decent FD/wireframes to explain functionality.

We expect:

- Dedication

- Honest timelines/deadlines

- at least 8 hours a day availability

- experience with data exchange..

- daily git commits!

- A quote that includes small unexpected things that happen during development

Small company preferred, but highly rated freelancers are ok too!

We have a lot of projects in php/javascript/mysql (angularjs/nodejs) that we outsource so if this goes well who knows!

We don't go for the cheapest, we go for the best combination of skills and trust ability...
