c# dll for cad importer

Good morning, we are looking for a programmer that will develop a dll library that can read perfectely the "files format" of a competitor CAD system, obviously we cannot receive any support but we can generate many files to test it. You will work in connection with our R&D Team in Bologna (Italy) and it could be required that you reach our office for some days; Skype will be used for communications. For this task you need to have reverse engineering skills and be able with; Assembly, Ida pro, C++) mathematics. We can pay up to 4000 usd for the full working project, splitted into milestones as you can see below, with 3 final testing milestones whorting 1200usd together and the remaining 2800usd splitted into first 14 steps. Requirements: - Dll must be written in C# (better) and/or Managed C++ in a Visual Studio 2013 / 2015 environment - The framework used must be .Net Framework 4.5 - OOP pattern must be used - We require source code and full documentation of it - The code will be hosted in a Visual Studio Online environment (Microsoft account required) - We require testing units for each main method - The importer must implement our interfaces o In giving import results o In importer class - The importer must use our custom import profile when no data are retrieved on model - All our interfaces are situated in a single dll written in C#, fw 4.5 that will be given to you when hired - Once the importer reading phase is working well, there will be an internal test phase with real models from customers in order to iron out bugs and special cases. - The importer must be able to import different file’s versions of competitor's file format. There will be 17 milestones (see below) in order to obtain a fast release cycle and a correspondent fast payment cycle: - Read model’s general data (name, description, etc) - Read pieces’ contour line and its data (points, IsCurved property, etc) - Read pieces’ internal lines and their data (points, IsCurved property, etc) - Read main internal entities (drillholes, circles, texts, marks, punches) and their properties - Read notches on both contour and internal lines and their properties - Read model’s sizes plan - Read grading data on all entities previously imported - Read sew data (corner type, corner distance, etc.) - Read model’s materials - Read pieces properties (name, marker data, associated materials, quantity, etc) - Read model’s machine tools - Read pences and their properties - Read pleats and their properties - Read external entities (guidelines, images, etc) - Internal testing phase - Beta customers testing phase - Final bugs cleanup
