decompile/reverse engineer exe (basen on Ms Access database)

Hi All, I use a software exe program which gets its data from an Acces file. it was written especially for me by a software designer years ago. Its an exe file but now I need it tweaked a little. So I need the software decompiled so that we can make a small modification. It's quite an easy software program, Internet Explorer based. This modification will allow me to run a Access macro.
