Let me give u a brief about project it’s a villa contains three floors but would like to inform you that all in need is design for following
1- Ground floor for my Dad and they will have access to Basement which I want it to be divided into Dining room, gym, office, pool if possible, and playing room and kitchen with any other idea for entertainer like small room for Tv or any
2- Ground floor looking to have Main bedroom with small living and separate room inside for Dressing room and bathroom which will have a floor shower and small jacuzzi
3- And they prefer living to be open with kitchen, Salon and Dining room and 2-3 rooms for Grandchild and office
b-
for 1st and 2nd floor we need your advice either each of me and my brother will have a complete floor or we can have half floor with inside ladder for 2nd floor so to be like a villa so which to be better
we need 1 main room with small living and dressing room and bathroom, and 3 rooms for children either each have own bathroom or shared bathroom with Salon, living and kitchen with open living and also, we need another closed living room with an office or your idea I want more ideas
regarding drawing don’t take this into consideration as we are not satisfied with them and need better idea all you need from drawing column location and dimensions building is flat slap no drop beams so blocks can be built in any place 1 floor is around 460 m square so total will be ground floor with basement and 1 typical floor or 1 villa 1st + 2nd floor (half floor)
first part I need 2d autocad drawing and then after approval we need to transfer it to 3D

1. Architectural plans-
- Plans with furniture and spatial layout.
- Plans with column grid layout.
2. Elevation drawings
3. Section drawingsIn 3d phase-
1.Exterior views
- Facade views
- Birds eye views - (Top view)
- Night render view
