Edit the existing accounting software

Hi, I have accounting software made in 1994 for my currency exchange business and is made in FOX PRO and it runs only in 32 bit version of windows. Now, I run a Baby cloth shop and trying to use this software there, but the problem is when I enter Purchase and Sales transactions, the Rate column has only max of 3 digits allowed. I want you to edit the software and allow unlimited digits in rate column of Purchase and Sales transactions instead of only 3 digits.. This should be a very simple task for skilled programmer. Also, it would be nice if I can run this program in both 32 and 64 bit of windows. Also, make sure that the proper working of software should not be disturbed by editing the files.
