I have not looked in detail on how you wanted this project to be executed, but by looking at the high level requirement this seems to be a medium level. I am into java and J2EE development for past many years (>15) and i think i can help you out in developing this application. But the information you have provided can only seen high level not in very details say how we are going to load the CSV from a given location are we using any ftp/sftp and ODS schema etc. This kind of work is what i am doing day in and out for my living and I am not doing this for living, i always wanted to get mutual help by helping others learning experience. I read the document file attached with project proposal so found myself as able to deliver the product as per requirement within 16 days .. since i have hands on experience in working with web application development with specified technology , I need some more detailed description of the requirement .. reply me asap ..
