Custom Hub Spot Form Using API

I need a custom form created that integrates with the HubSpot Forms API. The form will be embedded via HTML on WordPress and pages and HubSpot landing pages. The form fields needs to include: 1) First Name (Required) 2) Last Name (Required) 3) Company Name (Required) 4) Email Address (Required) 5) Phone Number (Optional) 5) Dropdown Question (Required) Upon submission, the form should send the data to HubSpot via the API and include the required and optional parameters found at [login to view URL] other than the SalesForm campaign. Additionally, the user needs to be redirected to a specific URL which is formatted and include the first name, email, company name, and email address as URL parameters (e.g. [login to view URL] etc. Lastly, the URL redirection is conditional upon an answer to the drop down question in the form. One answer will redirect to one URL, and another to a 2nd, etc. Lastly, the form submission needs to trigger a workflow in HubSpot.
