Create graphical report from Google spreadsheet, separate methods to access report, and send reminder

Overview: --------------- 1 - Report Generation --------------- - I have an online Google survey that users fill in. - The survey reports result to google spreadsheet. - The results for each answer set (row) need to be parsed into a report. This report should open in a new browser tab, possibly as a Google doc, or perhaps in HTML form that will scale to any size screen. (Developer's choice as to format - more discussion needed.) - The report will repeat back questions and answers and a graphical representation of accumulated answers will also be created. - The numerical answers (1-10) of each question will determine the font of question in report. - The numerical answers will also format a bar graph, with for each group of answers. The color, shading, height, and transparency of each bar graph will be determined by the set of answers, using very simple math. - An additional Threshold control, which will allow users to filter out all answers below X (a digit 3-9) should be available on the report. - A comparison report, using the same formulas will create a combined chart with bar graph from a previous taking by the same user. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2- Save and remind Module ---------------- - Report will have a 'save and remind' module which will allow user to save the report to their device and to receive an email reminder at future date to re-take the Quiz. - This module will require the addition of a date field to the spreadsheet, and a auto-running scan that will scan the entered dates and send the pre-formatted email. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3- Separate method to access reports (Superuser Module) -------------- - A superuser module is needed to choose and create, using the same formulas and methods already created, single date and comparison reports on any already saved user. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Open questions: - Security and ID: How to identify users while keeping their data personally unidentifiable. - What is the best format in which to present report. I will need the ability access to change non-programmed features - (pictures, descriptions etc) in the future. (Wordpress a possibility?) Full design doc attached.
