Create a Blackjack Card game

Create a blackjack program using classes (don't use vectors or enums)
Some basic classes that I had in mind were: 1- Cards 2-Decks 3-Hands 4- players
I might need something for the ai though.
I am a beginner what i want from this request is an exemplar of the program so that i can see what you did that made the program work. I want to see and learn what the syntaxes were and the logic behind the functions that were being used to create the program.
Therefore comments would be very very crucial for me.
--------Pseudocode------------
1)Menu & Choices
2)Start Game
3)Shuffle Deck (52 Cards, 4 Suits)
4)Give Cards from deck to players and check if BlackJack
5)Remove Given Cards from deck
6)Check Bust
7)Choose Hit/Stay
7-1)If Hit, repeat step 4,5,6
7-2)Else continue
8)Compare Cards with AI
8-1) Display Win or Loss Message
9)Ask to play again or Exit
