I want to design an application to manage computer mobile phone service center. -----> The application must be able to create and print Job-sheet for each mobile phone with following details. 1. Customer details. -- First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, E-mail etc. 2. Mobile phone details. -- Company, Model, IMEI, Fault category, Fault details, Notes, etc. 3. Item received. -- Mobile phone, Battery, Hands-free, Charger, etc. 4. Other details -- Estimated amount to repair the phone, Physical condition of Item received etc., Advance amount received from customer. 5. Term and conditions to repair the phone. 6. Customer signature, Employee signature (Who received the phone), Customer signature during delivery of the phone to confirm that customer received the phone. Sms to the customer on recieving on completing and on delivering -----> Repair details 1. Actual fault found, Spares used during repairing, Action taken etc. -----> Delivery details 1. Date and time of delivery, Amount taken during delivery of the phone. -----> Reports 1. How many phone repair during a specific time period. 2. How many phone repair today. 3. How many amount received during a specific time period. 4. How many amount received today. 5. Graph which will display How many mobile phones repair Monthly, Yearly, Weekly, Daily or a specific selected time period.

HI, Access and Excel VBA expert here, I offer you access application with very user friendly forms having functionalities like auto filling easy data selection through dropdowns, these forms will be for performing data operations and also other functions like selecting the data criteria for generation of the reports, the user interface structure of the application will be such that there will be a single Home form and all the other forms can be loaded on this main Home form through button clicks to access their functionality. I can offer you with a very dynamic access reports, dynamic in terms of their structure i.e. the structure of a single report can change depending on the data to be displayed on it each time for e.g. access reports can be used to generate invoices on them, now as structure of the invoice is dynamic i.e. there may be any number of items billed, so in such scenarios I can offer you reports which can handle this dynamic nature of such data.
