Build a model using exel

As reference please see [login to view URL] although please note I am not looking to replicate this model in its entirety and I don't need someone to build the frontend as well. I would like a model built which enables a user to either upload a portfolio (of listed companies either in S&P500, STOXX600 or FTSE350 or a combination of all three) or create a portfolio from scratch (again from components of those three indices). The holdings will then be analysed against Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance rankings and the portfolio will be 'cleaned' i.e. replacing certain holdings with more suitable alternatives - all companies have an individual score/ranking so one with a lower score will be replaced by one with a higher score. The user can select whether this is done by sector or market neutral. The results will be shown in both table and graph form. The table/graph will show original portfolio versus new portfolio and compare performance over 3 years, annualised sharpe ratio and annualised volatility. The data for the ESG metrics is in a spreadsheet and the historical price data etc will ideally come from a free web-based source - free end of day historical pricing is relatively straightforward to obtain I don't envisage a user having to have login details. It will be free to air access The new portfolio can be viewed and downloaded by the user The user will be able to decide how to clean the portfolio - how each component of ESG (environmental, Social or Corporate Governance) is represented although the model should assume 0.333 weightings unless told otherwise. The user will have to provide an initial value for the model to work with. I have attached a sample of the ESG data for reference and a brief run through diagram.
