Dear Sir, I already sent you a proposal to your last project. I can do this using vtiger crm. You will get all the features that you required. The main advantage of using vtiger is , it is already checked for bugs and vulnerabilities. If you go for new system you have to wait so long until it finish and you have no guarantee about bugs. So think about this and reply back.

Hello Sir. The CRM software that you are looking for is quite interesting. In addition to the features, I feel a new feature of few good looking graphs to analyze the customer's data (Like how many times client gave project or how much money paid etc.,) will be beneficial. Also, the tool can be developed on C# or Java or any other language. But the important question is whether you want it to be a Desktop application which is limited/accessed by only 1 system OR a web based application (Something like your company's internal accessible website) which can be accessed by all computers that have internet (But can only be accessed by you and your employees with valid username and password.) Please, let me know of your interest regarding 1 of the 2 possible solutions above and also please share the requirements document without any delay so that we can complete it beautifully as soon as possible.
