Hi, We can easyly do this job, but we need more materials from your side. Could you please give us your existing (Excel) application? We propose to implement new project in AspNet2.x in C# and MSSQL server. If you do not want to use MSSQL, we can utilize MSAccess or EXCEL as a database.

Hello. Let me your excel file at first to analyze how compex formulas and VBA script in it. Depending on it my bid can be changed. Also how are you planning to use web app? Are many users will work at same time? Do you need some authentication? Or it will be just internal app?
